In the commercial property business, Engle Martin & Associates focuses on larger losses which can include complex policies involving a series of insurers writing coverage for their share/percentage of the exposure. This complexity is dynamic and can change based upon the size of the loss effectively making layers of coverages with differing combinations of participants. 

Currently, the Abstract of Coverage data is stored and maintained in spreadsheets where adjusters and admins have to coordinate and work together to create a statement of coverage (aka Abstract of Coverage) to be included in loss reports. The system we are designing aims to provide a centralized location for the adjuster to store claims and client information accurately.
