Discovering your strengths and weaknesses as a designer can be a journey, especially in the beginning. These experiences help you establish who you are as a designer, whether it be user experience, user interface, or somewhere in-between. However, the issue lies when businesses hire designers looking for the unicorn candidate while designers are applying without fully understanding if their skillsets align with those expectations. That is why I created a two-part booklet series to help designers and businesses see the ambiguity of the "UX/UI" title and understand the roles and expectations of user experience and user interface designers.
